Akaer to Highlight Range of Capabilities

Brazilian company Akaer Engenharia, which provides smart solutions for both air and land platforms, will present its broad portfolio at IDEX.

Akaer will showcase its Cascavel, an armored vehicle modernization; the Albatross land and naval reconnaissance UAS project, which can also be set to undertake other types of missions; the development of nano and microsatellites, and the Olhar thermal imaging monocular.

“Akaer has increasingly expanded its business outside Brazil,” said Aldo da Silva Junior, Vice-President of Business Development and Marketing. “Taking part in major international defense fairs helps us to showcase our technological capabilities and identify current trends in the market.”

Akaer promotes smart solutions for both air and land platforms, working at all stages of the development life cycle, including conception, project management, system integration, testing, and certification: “Besides the benefits for our customers, these services help us stand out in the defense market,” he added.
