Ametek Specialty Metal Products (Ametek SMP) will exhibit alongside 10 other business units from Ametek, Inc at the upcoming 2022 Farnborough International Airshow.
Ametek SMP is comprised of five manufacturers – Fine Tubes, Superior Tube, Hamilton Precision Metals, AMETEK Wallingford, and AMETEK Eighty Four. The brands work in partnership with major aerospace OEMs and the supply chain to engineer quality metal products for critical airframe and engine applications across the commercial aerospace, defense, and space sectors.
Aerospace products manufactured by Ametek SMP and on show at the event include high-pressure and high-strength tubes, ultra-thin, heat-resistant foils, highly conductive nickel strips, precision metal strips, thermal management materials, specialty metal atomized powders, and high-tolerance, custom-shaped wire.
