FLYR Labs Looks for Partners in Southeast Asia

Our Bureau - : Sep 15, 2022 - : 11:38 pm

FLYR Labs, a leading revenue operating system for airlines, is open to partnerships with airlines in South East Asia and across the Asia Pacific.

“We recognise the importance and strength of the Vietnam aviation market. We are certainly looking to partner with airlines in the region, and invest further in the Vietnam aviation industry and across Asia Pacific,” Clayton Grant, Head of Sales, Asia Pacific at FLYR Labs, told Daily News at the VIAexpo.

FLYR currently has several collaborations in Vietnam, Grant said, without giving any further details.

FLYR recently acquired Pribas, an end-to-end offer, order, and inventory management, and retailing solution. FLYR’s acquisition of Pribas enables airlines and other travel operators to control their distribution strategy, delivering products and services across critical direct channels using next-generation inventory and order management capabilities.

With Pribas, airlines can reduce their dependence on legacy distribution systems, accelerate their time to market for new products, and capture market share without intermediaries, he said.

Airlines such as Condor, Flyr and SunExpress, that are using Pribas’ retailing and integration platform, create new fare choices at will and dynamically price and bundle offers to sell at revenue-optimal prices regardless of channel. Fully supporting the latest standards of the New Distribution Capability (NDC), airlines will dramatically reduce their total distribution costs.

FLYR’s decision intelligence platform, The Revenue Operating System, leverages advanced deep learning technology to provide automated, AI-driven revenue management capabilities that maximize airline profitability and total revenue. By adding Pribas and recently-acquired direct distribution and retailing solution Newshore in quick succession, FLYR is providing airlines with a modernized end-to-end technology stack that meets the needs of an ever-changing business environment. After all, dynamic and autonomous pricing, personalized and frictionless shopping experiences, and tapered reliance on legacy systems are the future.
