InVeris Training Solutions is showcasing augmented-reality training and live-fire range systems at the ongoing World Defense Show 2022.

The company is highlighting its newest training technology SRCE (See ꟾ Rehearseꟾ Collectively Experience or “Source”) at the event. Unveiled in late 2021, SRCE is the world’s only augmented reality-based training simulator, and provides groundbreaking mission rehearsal for militaries and law enforcement.

“Augmented reality enables us to combine virtual training in real-world locations,” said InVeris Chief Executive Officer Al Weggeman. “SRCE provides mission readiness training to global defense forces that is totally life like, seamless and customizable. Live-fire training is equally important, and our comprehensive selection of shooting range equipment underscores why InVeris has been a leader in the live-fire space for over 95 years.”

According to the IVTS’ data sheet, the SRCE standalone solution provides full freedom of movement along with real-time monitoring of location, orientation, and vitals for up to four learners in exercises. Users can train with simulated tactical gear and BlueFire weapons to boost learner retention, muscle memory, and record performance data for real-time assessments and after-action reviews (AARs).

In addition to SRCE, InVeris is also displaying a full array of live-fire range offerings. Among the shooting range equipment that the company is showcasing at WDS are the XWT wireless target carrier, GranTrap rubber bullet trap, and the Multi-Function Stationary Infantry Target (MF-SIT) with a LOMAH (location of miss and hit).
