Motorola Solutions will highlight its advancements in safety and security technologies at Intersec 2025, addressing the diverse needs of enterprises and public safety agencies. The company continues to focus on innovation in video and physical security, with technologies ranging from thermal long-range cameras to intelligent sensors capable of detecting real-time health and safety threats.
“Our customers are hospitals, utilities, retailers, hospitality venues, police and border protection agencies, who are responsible for keeping people safe, securing their facilities and responding efficiently to threats,” said Pedro Simoes, corporate vice president, Video Security & Access Control, Motorola Solutions. “We have continued to invest in new acquisitions and product integrations, always remaining focused on expanding our customers’ capabilities to protect their people and operations.”
At Intersec 2025, Motorola Solutions will showcase several key innovations. One such product is the Silent Sentinel Jaeger and Osiris Long-Range Thermal Cameras, which are designed for use in extreme environments. These cameras offer accurate detection capabilities, supporting operations in aviation, maritime, critical infrastructure, and border protection. Both models can detect vehicles from a distance of up to 30 km.
Another featured product is the HALO Smart Sensor, an all-in-one intelligent sensor equipped with multiple capabilities, including vape detection, air quality monitoring, gunshot detection, abnormal noise and motion detection, and emergency keyword detection. The sensor aims to enhance safety while protecting privacy.
Motorola Solutions will also present its Noggin Cloud-Based Software, which is focused on business continuity planning, operational resilience, and critical event management. The software enables enterprises to anticipate, prepare for, and respond more efficiently to events.
Additionally, the company will highlight new features within the Avigilon Unity Video platform, including Incident Reports, which allow security teams to document incidents. These features help support compliance with corporate policies and government regulations. Similarly, the Avigilon Unity Access platform will be showcased with its new Alarm Grouping feature, designed to streamline incident response by grouping related alarms for faster action.
For larger sites, Motorola Solutions will also display the Unity H6A PTZ Camera, a new camera with 360-degree pan, tilt, and zoom capabilities, alongside AI-powered video analytics for enhanced security monitoring.
Lastly, the Pelco Sarix Enhanced Duo Camera, a dual-head device, will be presented. This camera provides multi-directional coverage, making it ideal for large areas, such as hallways and stairwells, by capturing footage from multiple directions simultaneously.
Motorola Solutions’ safety and security ecosystem, featuring on-premise and cloud-connected video, access control systems, and AI-powered command center technologies, will be showcased at the event at Dubai World Trade Center from January 14-16.
